Parents, the Georgia Milestones End of Course (EOC) Assessments are upon us! Your son/daughter enrolled in the following courses will be taking the EOCs during the week of December 8 - 12, 2014: Ninth Grade Literature and Composition, American Literature, U.S. History, Economics, Analytic Geometry, Coordinate Algebra, and Biology. Please help us by making sure your daughter/son is present and punctual each day. Look for our letter providing the schedule of test and other relevant information about this new Assessment System.

FYI - The new assessments measure deeper knowledge and skills. Because standards are more rigorous, students' achievement scores may initially be lower. Since this is a new assessment, it is not possible to directly compare the scores on the new test with your student's score from the previous years. These test scores will appear on the students' transcripts for college, so it is important that students do their best!
